The PF6680/1 is the controller with integrated MOSFET for synchronous rectifier. The synchronous rectification to be used in discontinuous current mode (DCM), continuous current mode (CCM) or quasi resonant (QR) Flyback to instead diode rectifier. The PF6680/1 is has self-powered mode, without extra auxiliary winding for high-side or low-side rectification. The PF6680/1 also implement VD slew rate turn on control prevent false turn on during DCM and Quasi-Resonant of VD ringing.
